A learner counts as trained when they complete a program, not when they enroll. Hours delivered are taught hours, timetabled and attended, not hours of material published.
A business counts as supported when it has taken part in a named support activity we can point to. Certificates issued are certificates that can be checked against our own records.
Where a number would need estimating, it is left off this page instead. The annual report carries the same figures with the working shown.
